Tired of cheap shower curtains, I decided to put my printer to work my own. This design is a single piece, flex into place, hook featuring an interlocking collapse.
This is an easy print for any decently tuned printer. The spacing for the hook is .005" (.127mm) so some printers may cause some fusion in there. There is a low amount of bed surface contact area so a clean bed is a must.
The part needs to be flexible to install on the rod without removal. I printed from PETG which worked great. Print the part solid with 4+ perimeters. I designed it around a .4mm nozzle.
