Other models appeared to be too large or too small. This one is different in that the intended max width is a typical 8.5x11 sheet of paper folder in half, stored along the short edge (a theoretical 5.5 inch, but but with slop).
The model boasts 3 mm walls, I wanted to mitigate the possibility of it getting knocked and breaking the shell. I printed it with 2 perimeters, but 40% infill, it might get hit in the pantry, but it won't be breaking any time soon.
The mounting option of double sided tape is based on the Gorilla branded double sided tape I had on hand. A steady hand during install made sure no tape was going to stick to a recipe - your mileage may vary based on the double sided tape you have on hand.
