I was got tired of guessing in error a few times which cost me a bunch more time.

Reading degrees;
3 lines closest to hole are 45 deg sequencing 0, 45 & 90
8 Hollow lines are in 10 deg increments, using the main 45 deg line as 0 & 90
8 Black lines towards the outer edge are in 5 deg increments, using the 45 deg and 10 deg markers for each 5 deg step
