Some folding walking sticks come packed in a flimsy plastic bag, others come with a retaining clip.
This clip is designed much like the originals, but with thicker walls and slightly chamfered edges to make it easier to fit. One side has a larger diameter to fit over screw-down fittings on the top end of a stick, upto 26mm diameter. The smaller side fits over sticks up to 22mm diameter.
