I used a couple of m3 screws to tension the bits together and it seems to hold my brio webcam pretty well. Not perfect but functional.
Should work for other cameras with a similar ¼-20 mount
Edit a while after: Recommended to print in something that can handle strain. Mine printed in PLA loosened constantly over time sort of defeating the purpose. Still might be useful to someone though.
