Remixed the original to print with less supports. Changed the joints to be in the middle of each section. Added corner pieces (the green bits) to keep riser inside top of printer. Corner pieces to be glued onto riser bottom.
Print 4x corner pieces and 2x each of the riser pieces (blue and orange bits).
I used 0.26 layer height, 3 top and bottom layers, 4 walls and 15% infill.
PLA may work for a while, but will start to warp after some time especially if you use the chamber heater.
ABS, ASA will be better.
