I needed a low-profile hanger for a small whiteboard. It uses a tapered edge offset from the wall to slip in between the cardboard backing and the border frame. You can use a small screw to attach the hanger to drywall, or a longer screw if you really want it in a stud. Or if your wall is smooth you don't want to put holes in your wall, a command strip will probably work just fine!
You could use multiple hangers for slightly larger boards.
I suggest printing in PETG, ABS/ASA, as PLA may be too brittle for longer term use.
