A full size coat hanger that is only 5mm thick. Requires 320mm or larger printer bed.

This is a simple coat hanger, only 5mm thick, but reinforced to be strong enough to hold heavy clothing items. It is printable (at a 45 degree angle) on any printer with a bed larger than 320mm x 320mm.
I find 5mm to be a good compromise between a wire hanger that leaves marks in the shoulders, and fat plastic hangers that take up too much room on the rack. Obviously, 5mm is still pretty thin, so sweaters and stretchy material will probably still end up with marks; decide accordingly.
If you want to remix something thicker or design TPU shoulder pads or something, the STEP file is provided.
Print Settings
This one's pretty simple - obviously no supports required. I used ABS, but I'm sure that PLA+ or PETG would work as well. Ordinary PLA would probably work, but I'd be worried about creep causing the hook to stretch over time and drop your clothes on the floor.
As for the actual settings, it depends on what you plan on hanging. I wanted a general-purpose hanger, so I made it quite strong. If you want to use less material and hang T-shirts, feel free to drop these settings down. I can confirm these settings in ABS make a hook that can hold a thick hoodie or sweater with no issues.
0.4mm Nozzle:
- Layer height: Whatever you want; I used 0.24mm for speed
- Walls: 5 walls will make the struts solid
- Top/Bottom: 5 layers
- Infill: 30% gyroid
