DIY Kitty Door Hinges (TPU)

I created a semi-permanent door for my cat using the back patio screen door. I used Foam Core board, the heavy-duty 7/16" thick kind. The hinges are printed using TPU for flexibility. They are held to the door frame using thumbtacks. The boards are affixed to the open patio door via hook-and-loop take, allowing the panels to be temporarily separated and the door opened. I have a security bar preventing the door from opening any further.
