The Salvation Army Red Kettles (donation buckets put out during the holiday season in the USA), have a small 1/4" hole in the bottom of them intended to allow for the drainage of water when it rains. The hole, however, often gets clogged due to money or coins covering it up, resulting in extremely wet and soggy money.
This drain cover raises the bottom of the kettle by 10mm (0.4") and then provides a platform that covers the entire bottom of the kettle with many holes in it to prevent this clogging from happening and allowing the water to drain freely.
The text on the bottom of the drain can be modified by using Fusion 360. You can open it up, edit the initial sketch and edit the text there.
Printed about 30 of these so far for our local Salvation Army core using a Bambu Labs P1S with red Overture PLA.
