This device is made out of two parts, BASE and HOOD. I printed it using PLA but you may use other materials as well. I designed it to meet pipes of 100 mm outer diameter.
The HOOD is fast glued to the BASE. After both parts are glued the device is ready to affix it to the pipe. The connection to the pipe snugly and steady, so it might withstand severe winds.
I have tested it during last rainy days and found it useful for me.
