I remixed the shifter extensions & knobs to include self support for the holes. See photo showing the underside of one of the remixed shifter extensions
This should mean that you do not need to slice with support as I find separate supports can be difficult to remove from the inside of a shaft.
I have not tested this yet but this is how I normally support my internal bolt holes.
