Add on for knife blocks to hold 6" Ulu Knife. It is designed to use counter sunk screws to install. I used PETG for durability and to be food safe. Also made the bottom part where the knife may contact most often to be solid fill.
This is a very easy print, can print in multiple orientation.
It was designed for my specific knife block but may work for others as well. Including fusion 360 file so it can be edited.
Photos show an earlier design with larger slot, but after use, it is better to make the slot smaller.
