This is a replacement gear for the Fellows Powershred 8Cd.
It should be able to print on most printers, with the finest detail being 0.62mm.
The design was made it FreeCAD 1.0.0, with the gears workbench for the angles section, and the 7 tooth section with the normal Part Design gear tool.
Print at around 0.16 or finer layer height, with normal support enabled (tree support leaves a rough bottom finish). Use default infill, with 3 or more wall loops. Note if you aren't using a PLA+ or PLA Pro, you should increase the wall loops for added strength.
