Duplicate 4 or 6 times in slicer as necessary after setting up first bead. I use .16mm layers and just plain PLA. I seem to have more issues with the holes using silk PLA, but if you don't mind a little cleanup than try silk or other filaments. The photo shows the bridge of my ukulele. It has a slant to it so I prefer the middle hole from the bridge to go on the bottom. Print with the end with the slot at the top, and the end with the three holes on the bed.
Rotate the beads as you like. The ukulele looks better with the single hole up due to the slight bridge angle, where the guitar looks better with the single hole at the bottom because the bridge back is perpendicular.
