Modular Marble Maze

This is a modular Marble maze.

When you Print the floor, make sure, that the overhangs which hold the floor in place, have the same amount of layers as the Grid has, or the marble won't roll smoothly. I printed it in 0,2 mm, with less it will take too long to print, and with more there is only one Layer at the overhangs of the floors. Your Marble should NOT be bigger Than 1,7 cm diameter.   

If you want to design your own action parts, here are the sizes I used:

• radius of the floor: 8,9 mm
• size of the overhangs: use one square of 16.9 by 16.9 mm
• height of the floor: 2,5 mm
• thickness of the overhangs: 0,5 mm
• radius of the pins in the walls: 1 mm 
• Length of the pins in the walls: 2,5 mm
• Thickness of the Walls: 3 mm

The model named Marble Maze is some kind of instruction on how to assemble it. 

 Tips on how to assemble:

• glue the grid to the adapter
• put the falling pit in before you glue everything together
• print the falling mat in a flexible material
• Glue the button to the lever
• use a Wall to put the pin cross in place or it will spin
