Firewalla Purple 19 Inch Rack Mount

This is designed to house a Firewalla Purple within 1RU in a 19-inch rack. This is a remix off the 10-inch design I previously made, but this allows for the wider rack option. The design has been cut so you can print this on any common FDM 3D printer with the popular 220x220 print surface, such as an Ender 3.

The design will screw together with two M4x15mm screws.

The Firewalla will press-fit into the cage and will stay in there snug enough to handle cables being plugged and unplugged. No need to remove the little rubber feet either.

There are two keystone holes too, up to you how you wish to use those (I chose to use one for a Cat6 pass-thru for incoming internet, and then I got lazy and just fed the power through the other). When I get a moment I might update this page with a blank with a notch to fit the power cable into to tidy it up some.

• 10-inch concept in previous print with black eSUN PLA+, if your rack runs hot then maybe consider PETG instead. (for what it's worth this is still performing perfectly fine 3 months on)
• This will print face-down diagonally on the buildplate of an Ender 3.
• Recommend 15-20% infill. Purples are not very heavy.
