THE PIPE CUTTER is a useful tool to cut your pipes. Maximal recommended pipe diameter is 40mm. No supports are needed during printing. No screws are needed. You need only 50mm of a carpet knife blade.
To get the pipe cutter as intended you need to follow those three steps:
Step 1: Print parts - Here some details:
- PipeCutter_01.stl: Print with 100% infill
- PipeCutter_02.stl: Print with 100% infill, 2 pcs are needed
- PipeCutter_03.stl: Print with 100% infill
- PipeCutter_04.stl: Brim, 15% infill is ok
- PipeCutter_05stl: Brim, 15% infill is ok
- PipeCutter_06.stl: Brim, print with 100% infill
- PipeCutter_07.stl: Brim, print with 100% infill
Step 2: Prepare blade - Therefore, take a flat pliers (tool on top of the following picture) and take a carpet knife (tool in the middle of the following picture). Then, with the help of the flat pliers brake 50mm of the blade of the carpet knife off.
Step 3: Assembly - All parts are designed to be snap fit.
After a successful assembly you are able to use your PIPE CUTTER directly.
