This piece connects to a dremel with the variable hole cutter attachment (The thing that has a pin that you put into the center of the whole, and then the drill bit / dremel spins around to cut the hole.)
I used this to get in the bindings for my acoustic guitar build. The offset is designed for the drill bit that came with the dremel jig. This was used a while ago but might help you do a similar process or design something similar.
