I needed this for our chairs so they don't scratch floor (the old blinders were gone). For a different diameter you can try to scale it.
Print with support. For easier support removal, you can make a gap in the support (easy to do in Cura).
I attached two variants, one is flat and the other one has mesh at the bottom.
