The model was my own design to work with my company's Wiremold Tele-Power poles. The mounting base couldn't be found for sale online so I made my own. I am using ¼" bolts to mount to the floor, but mounting holes can be changed for whatever you may need.
Printed using Sovol SV07 - 50% Gyroid Infill - Inland PLA Tough
I included the STEP file for it too if you need to change any dimensions as the tele-poles have different sizes.
