Add the hinge pins into the part before placing the part into the rest of the bin, then use a pointy object to slide the pin in. When the pin is fully pushed in, there is a hole for a small screw ~5mm in length to be screwed in to prevent the pin from sliding out over time.
The location of the screw holes have been modified a bit based on the fit of my first print, might need to adjust based on how yours fits.
Printed with Orca slicer's default support options. Most came out fine, but the edge between the two plastic clips/pins/steps popped off the support and bent upwards. Ended up a bit of an ugly surface there, but still functional. Give it your best shot, share in the comments what worked and what not.
