Novoferm floor seal [under development]

The seal on my garage door is broken due to rodent damage. The vole feels like it's on patrol at the same time every day and it's time to do something about it... I've got a quote for replacing the seal, but I'm going to try to do it myself first. 
What else do you have a 3D printer for?

So, cut out the seal, scanned the cross-section, processed it on the PC and processed it as an SVG in Fusion360.
The profile is slightly distorted due to the pressure when closing the door.
I will still put the prototype online here and optimise it later.

Printed with Extrudr Flex medium 98A, unfortunately I only have navy blue available at the moment and this type is not soft enough for me.
Perhaps 82A is better suited to the requirements or the infill level needs to be reduced further.

Update 18.12.24:

Further test prints carried out with 98A
Wall thickness on 2 lines
Gyroid filling max. 10-20% produces a seal that is reasonably ‘soft’ enough to get the short piece into the keder strip even when there is not enough space.
