The Reuleaux triangle has the fascinating property that it can be used to drill almost square holes. I scaled this path down to a point while extruding upwards.

Printing:
This print requires no support. It almost works as a vase mode print, but there are some pretty aggressive slopes in the beginning. Perhaps if someone tried it with a 0.8mm nozzle it might work. Other than that, normal printing should work fine.
