Print in a suitable material that works for you. I chose PETG, but it shouldn't really matter.
I used 2 key rings to attach the flags, but use whatever you have.
This was designed very crudely in FreeCAD 1.0, I've added the FreeCAD file for any adjustments you might want to make.
If you don't want to deal with bearings, print the one named Solid. Otherwise, these are the materials you are going to need.
Materials:
1x 608 bearing
1x M3 x 14mm
1x M3 nut
Instructions for Bearing mount
- Print the parts starting with Bearing. Bearing Outer needs supports.
- Push the bearing caps on both sides of the 608 bearing, as well as Bearing Outer.
- Insert the m3 nut into Bearing Mount Base
- Tighten the bearing onto Bearing Mount Base
