I had a similar experience like @unwohlpol and looked for a corresponding 3D model. Because I wanted the arrangement of the cubes to be slightly different, I created a remix.
A 0.25mm nozzle, a small brim and organic supports worked well for me. Modell already has the correct orientation for printing.
For the ear hangers on the cover photo I used MagicPLA golden alloy, the second version is made of Prusament PLA galaxy black.
I used this cheap DIY ear hook set.
