I used PC/ABS blend and 6 perimeters. PETG should be also fine.
For best strenght you can print nut as one piece (and also add the bolts). But removing the leadscrew endstopper can be tricky. For replacement without removing endstopper, print two halfs. Then you need only carefully destroy old nut, e.g. with saw and pry away with big screwdriver. Before assembly, use flat surface and sandpaper to flatten mating surfaces. Clamp (need twist and small force) both halfs and use superglue in between.
Mounting material needed:
- 8 pcs of M3x20 DIN912
- 8 pcs of selflocking M3 DIN985
- superglue
For best layer adhesion I recommend to print tilted. Place on small face and enable supports+brim:
