I needed a wall plate cover for fiber at work. We currently use the keystone style where each fiber jack is separated by a gap, and I am not a fan of these as you have to separate the fiber tips (that are normally held together by another holder). This model has two fiber SC duplex coupler ports on it, allowing two pair of fiber to plug into the inner and outer jack.
As you can see in the pictures the plate thickness is just the right amount to engage the metal clip on the coupler, and by doing this holds/secures it into the wall plate.

Each plate is also around 50cents to print. Much cheaper than buying wall plates from the store or a website that sells fiber products.
