This extended magazine for Sillybutts' Battle Axe uses only 3 more drum springs to do double stacking and fit 12 shells, and works with or without my full-length MXL mod here. That means it's always fully compatible with all normal shells and can hold MXL and Mega at full length as well. The numbered slots in the back show how many shells are loaded AND the bottom of the shells, so color-coded shells are visible! The number lines up with the shell, not the follower, so the shell at number 12 is the 12th shell to be fired. The Dummy Round is lettered so you don't accidentally count it, and can be printed in a different color too.

Loading is slightly different as the rim at the back is now the locating feature, so shells don't go forwards in the magazine. Simply use another hand to hold the previous shell down and slide the next shell in as seen below, just make sure the rim is captured and the follower dummy round slides left like I point out.

Assembly is more finicky than the original magazines due to 3 more drum springs and the different print orientation that enables such a large magazine size, but uses the same bolts and slides WHICH MUST BE LUBRICATED with super lube grease on q-tips or slug slym bottles or whatever you can get in there. This video shows or motions the new steps:

The assembly of the _Normal_MagSideFront below will be more difficult due to shorter lengths to bend, and if you print it in PLA not PETG like I did it'll likely be stiffer and more prone to shattering. If you have any issues or questions or want anything changed please let me know!

Again, that's^ the _Normal_MagSideFront version that doesn't fit full-length Mega XL or Mega. Below is the _Full_MXL_MagSideFront version that fits full-length Mega XL and Mega:

I printed everything at 4 walls, 20% in Creality PETG. Orientations are mostly different from the original design and shown below. The Front and Back mag parts are INCREDIBLY PRONE TO WARPING. I have had to cancel like 10 prints while developing them so I HIGHLY recommend using a plain dish soap like Dawn with minimal dyes, minimal fragrences, and especially no moisturizer and no essential oils to remove any oils and wash with gloved hands and paper towel dry. Rotate the big parts 45* and center them, as they're too big to fit any other way. 256x256mm is the minimum bed size, and I didn't make a smaller version because any smaller beds would lose 3+ shells and wouldn't be nearly as space efficient as a single stack 7 shell magazine.

Other than that, I sharpied in the number slots so they're easier to read. I suggest getting drum springs from @bearith (discord dm him), Potato, Spitfire, OOD, or wherever, just not FrontLineFoam.
If you have any issues or questions or want anything changed please let me know! Best way is discord @vestedclover
