I use a Harbor Freight Apache 3800 waterproof case to carry Magic: the Gathering commander decks. This puts 5 bins for counters or dice and 1 bin for cards at the front of the case. It also allows for 2 ultra fine Expo markers for use with dry erase tokens.
Print with supports due to the marker holder. You can remove the pick and pull foam to hold the main boxes, but you'll need to cut the front piece to depth.
