- Go to this OnShape project
- Copy it to your account
- Change the variables at the top left to the dimensions you need (DeviceWidth, DeviceHeight, DeviceDepth, and optionally ShellThickness and CrossbarThickness)
- Right click the part studio tab at the bottom to export to stl
- Share it as a remix of this page so everyone can benefit!
Note: The STL attached to this page is just a sample with the default dimensions of 150x150x30.
If you want to delete the middle crossbar to save some print time at the cost of rigidity, drag the rollback bar above the 3 Middle Crossbar items at the bottom.
Currently, the print times for these are quite long on my MK3S+. 14-20hrs. I think some tweaks could be made to the design to get that down.
