Here is a 20s6p 21700 cell holder designed for the Ninebot G30.
V1 460mm (L) x 117mm (W) x 23mm (H)
V2 460mm (L) x 117mm (W) x 13mm (H)
making it an ideal fit between the two weld seams in the frame. It also provides sufficient space on the sides for insulation. The diameter of the holes is 21.6mm.
The cable management allows for the balancer to be routed in a way that minimizes additional thickness from insulation. All STEP and STL files are included in the ZIP file.
Attention ⚠: The thinnest part of the holder has a wall thickness of 0.8mm, so it is important to use at least a 0.2mm nozzle. Due to its brittleness, we recommend using PETG or a stronger material. If you plan to print this as a single piece, please consider the possibility of warping.
