Mounting the Printed Parts to the Bicycle Seatpost:
- Components Needed:

- Screws (5 mm diameter or less, preferably stainless steel for corrosion resistance).
- Matching screw nuts.
- Steps:
- Align the printed holder's mounting points with the seatpost.
- Secure the holder using screws and nuts, tightening them evenly to avoid misalignment.
Gluing the Bottle Cap:
- Components Needed:
- 1.5L bottle cap.
- Strong adhesive (e.g., epoxy or industrial plastic glue).
- Steps:
- Clean both the bottle cap and the slot in the dispenser to ensure strong adhesion.
- Apply adhesive to the inside edges of the slot.
- Firmly press the bottle cap into the slot, ensuring it is flush and aligned.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for the recommended time before proceeding.
Attaching and Replacing the Bottle:
- Steps:
- Take a clean, empty 1.5L plastic bottle.
- Screw it onto the glued bottle cap until tightly secured.
- Position the bottle over the rear wheel, ensuring it aligns with the mudguard’s deflection path.
- Replace the bottle as needed when it becomes dirty or worn.
