This is my first project using Autodesk Fusion 360 (my new 3D printer Prusa MK4S too). The design uses 1.75mm filament for the hinges. I've used parameters in Fusion 360 to ensure proper fit, including:
- Spacing tolerance
- Chamfers
- Appropriately sized holes
I've successfully printed the design in both PLA and PETG (Prusament).
Assembly is simple:
- Print the two parts.
- Use a length of 1.75mm filament as the hinge pin.
Supports are required for the larger bridge section, but removal is easy.
