A variant of @dkrnets design to fit into the silly cereal-boxes¹ I once bought.
(I liked the design with the single ball-bearing clipped in.)
It uses 55 mm aluminium-axels.
You need 4 rollers, one body, two 608 bearings and two 55 mm axes as specified in the drawing.
I made my axels out of DIY store aluminum tubes which I cut to size and tapped with M8 threads.

¹ they have big grooves on the side, so there is only place for a 55 mm wide spool. Don’t buy these if you want to store filament.
