These are # are original out of the manual for the 277 engine. This being said this will fit many many other models I believe even up too the 670cc motors and even possibly some modern engines as Skidoo is still running a very similar setup even though some of the features are no longer used they have kept them so I presume they are still using the same molds.
All these parts are made too the OE size or tighter they will not work as you print them they should be sanded to achieve a perfect fit while still moving freely.
For those of us who are lucky enough to have a lathe I have included options without the pins so you can later glue / press in pins check the step files for proper pin sizes or don't your choice I guess lol.
This requires one O ring if you want too drop the factory spring system and update too the new style. Size is a 21x3.5mm or anything close. the goal is to create drag on the arm between it and the snap ring If your recoil spring is weak this drag can make the pull cord not retract all the way unless you giggle it a harder o ring may slide easier and fix this.
Best material choices are probably nylon or ABS / PETG. Mine is in PETG and has been holding up although more time will be needed. If you try PLA + please comment how it holds up
There is a plastic pin pawl that is beefed up in the regular breaking point I recommend this one. Although I have included a metal pin version I do not recommend it, if the mechanism catches somehow etc its better too have the failure point.
100% infill is a must follow R/ fosscad guidelines for printing tough parts.
