These files are for making a flip-stop for use on a fence made from (Bosch) 6020 aluminium extrusion. The original was made for use with a fence on an MFT, but it would be equally applicable on a mitre saw or drill press fence.
It is held on to the extrusion using a standard M6 T-nut of the appropriate shape for the extrusion used. The flip stop itself is mounted to the body using an M6 cap-head screw, washers either side of the stop and a Nyloc nut.
The original was printed in PLA, but there are no particular challenges.
A STEP file is included.
