Fully 3D Printable Balisong Toy

Balisong fidget knife with no required hardware, all printable parts.

(LH is Layer Height) 

You should Print:

• 2x Body Top       Preferred LH
• 2x Body              0.12 LH
• 2x Spacer           0.12 LH
• 1x Blade              Preferred LH
• 4x Pins                0.12 LH
• 4x Nuts               0.12 LH

It is important to ensure your nuts and pins are dimensionally accurate, these screw into the main body, and then locate through the Body Top where they can be secured with the printed nuts. The nuts are calibrated with an offset so they should be suitable for most printers. 

I suggest using PLA for the nuts, as they are less likely to bind or snap on the pins if your printers tolerances are a little out. The rest I recommend PETG, but honestly whatever you have should work fine.

The bottom of the handle should have a spacer placed over each of the pins, you will need to cut this spacer vertically - it ensures a tight fit around each pin.

The blade can then be located with the pins at the top of the knife, and the top and main body pieces securing it in place. 

You then complete the assembly with the 4 nuts which thread onto the protruding pins through the top body holes.

The full print is available within the files, if you wish to do all at once, I suggest printing slow and with a max 0.14 Layer Height else the threads could become too tight where stringing clogs the negatives of the thread. (ENABLE NO CROSSING BORDERS)
