Trust Exis webcam is the “cost effective” alternative to a pi cam and is plug and play if you are using Octoprint. Print in current orientation (for strength) and enable supports everywhere. The tolerances are adjusted to not cause any issues. Remove the screw from the base of the camera and transfer them to the clip.
