Replacement for a Grass (brand) 048 baseplate for cabinet hinges. This one was for a lazy suzan door hinge.
They don't make these any more, and they cost $40+ on eBay.
Print face down, 100% infill for strength, 4-6 walls. Supports on, I used tree supports. I used PETG.
You will need slightly longer screws to attach to the inside edge of the door opening since it is thicker than the original metal one.
I have had mine on for about a week and it hasn't broken yet. I can not guarantee how long it will last, but it seems decent so far.
UPDATE: added a rev1 file, the bracket that clips on to this part was slipping off the back edge of where the hinge part clips to, so I made the notch a bit deeper where it clips on the back edge.
