Surface Mount AirTag Holder intended for discretely attaching an AirTag to objects like skis or a snowboard. I can't claim watertight-ness, but I submerged it in water and I didn't see any make it inside. Also the AirTag itself is IP67 so it should be fairly durable.
The cap can be screwed on / off using a coin, just make sure you don't over-tighten it before surface mounting because it will be hard to get back off.
Use 3M VHB tape or similar to mount.
