My wife wanted a seam roller, but I did not have the hardware the others on this site required. But I had a bunch of 608 bearings from spool rollers I no longer used. And a basic knowledge of Fusion360.
I have tested and printed it in PLA and PETG. 0.4m nozzle 0.2 layer height. Strong enough to put some force behind the roller. The barrel part drops in from the top. The handle is printed upside down. No supports are required, unless you want to cheer on your printer.
If you do not have a 608 bearing, I think there are some you can print. Or you can try making a simple object in your slicer. Inner diameter 8mm, Outer diameter 22mm, 7mm thick. It is what I used to model the space for it, then added a little clearance.
You will need to adjust the orientation of the roller handle if you grab the STL. Place it so the forks point up and the length of the handle is flat to the plate. Did not notice it came out wrong until posting. The 3MF file is oriented correctly.
