An index wheel for open-segment bowl making. Two rows of 18 holes allow for offsetting from the previous row.
You will need three segments & three aligners to complete the wheel. Glue them to a ø200 circle cut from 7mm ply. Gorilla glue worked for me. My lathe uses a 30mm centre hole in the ply (30mm x 3.5TPI).
Three prints of each are required. Use the aligner segments to complete the circle, and they can be discarded once the glue-up is done.
