I present to you my Orc bust (or whatever you'd like to call it). Its semi-accurate muscle structure resembles that of a human, but its monstrous proportions and huge teeth bring it closer to a beast.
I recommend printing it in two parts (head and bust). The head requires supports, while the bust may need them around the armpits (this shouldn’t be necessary, but check in your slicer to be sure). Be careful around the teeth during cleanup, but nothing a little CA glue can’t fix. The head is easily glued to the bust.
There is also a version with a triangular peg as a connector if you prefer not to align the head manually. However, keep in mind that I haven’t printed this version. The peg may need scaling depending on your printer’s tolerances.
I’ve included a one-piece model as well.
The model itself is quite large—16.8 cm on its longest side. However, I also printed the head at two-thirds scale without any issues.
My model was printed with a layer height of 0.25 mm.
