I havent had any problems with it so far.
It normaly hovers around 50-80°C the cover also makes it notisably quiter when the fan is on.
This is experimental so I would recommend adding
[temperature_sensor CPU]
sensor_type: temperature_host
min_temp: 10
max_temp: 100
to your printer.cfg file.
