case for TARPN NinoTNC A3/A4

The front panel has two thicknesses in order that the LEDs should stick out the front as far as possible while making the thing strong enough to protect the NinoTNC.

Use M2.5 screws, or similar size, to hold the NinoTNC to the base. The screw is on the bottom and the Nut is on the top. You can find your own nuts and screws. These are just what I used. Length of the screw is not critical. It just has to hold the NinoTNC to your nut through the inside plate of the box. It is possible to outfit the box with Amazon parts, but I got mine from McMaster-Carr because they have all the variety in one place and the parts are incredibly well described, with CAD drawings and whatnot.

Use M3 x 10mm screw and square nut, in the back, to hold the box closed. This may be critical. i left extra room around the square nut so the offerings from Amazon will probably work. I used these:

Use a flat-head screwdriver to poke into the slot at the bottom to force the inside-part out of the shell. Don't push on the connectors to try to open the unit, or try prying from the front.

Print the inside with the LED holes down.
Print the outside shell with the back side down.
