NOTICE 3: Though I consider this experiment a success, I'd recommend using one of the following instead:
- Prusa added the file
enclosure_mmu_ptfe_top_passthrough-customer.stlto the MMU3 Enclosure add-on model (official solution) - Prusa Enclosure PTFE Top Guide for MMU (I use this one; the tube fittings should reduce heat loss)

NOTICE 2: Version 0.4 is now based on the correct STL (top-plug-rear.stl). The attached STL was an exported variant of version 0.3, unifying the base model and negative space into a single entity. I will upload new images of the part soon.

NOTICE 1: I believe I based this on the incorrect part... It looks as though I should have started with top-plug-rear.stl from https://www.printables.com/model/273426-hinged-lid-for-adding-mmu2s-to-original-prusa-encl/files . I will try to get a corrected version up and remix the appropriate model instead.

The model files contain the top-plug-rear.stl part with a few negative-volume boxes positioned to create the missing PTFE passthrough mentioned in the hinged lid installation instructions. As of version 0.4, the merged items were exported to create the clean STL file.
I'm still learning how to use modeling software, so I figured I would just hack it in PrusaSlicer in the meantime.
Follow the original setting recommendations:
- print settings: 0.20mm STRUCTURAL
- filament: PETG (tested on Prusament)
- 15% grid infill
