Medium Format Film Frame Adapter for Druh Synchro – 4.5x6 cm Format

This is a 3D printable frame adapter designed for the Druh Synchro medium format camera, allowing users to shoot 16 photos per roll on 120 film in the 4.5x6 cm format. Without this adapter, the camera defaults to 12 exposures in the 6x6 cm format.

The adapter restricts the frame size to 4.5 cm in width, enabling more exposures on a single roll while maintaining the height of 6 cm. It’s a great solution for photographers who want to experiment with different formats or maximize the number of shots per film roll.

I've prepared two versions, one piece, that is not entirely 6 cm in high, but 5,57 cm, and two piece, that allows full 6 cm. (temporarily printed with White PLA for visibility - suggested black one)

Additional Notes

• Make sure the printed adapter is fully opaque to avoid light leaks. If printing with lighter filaments, consider painting the interior with matte black paint.
• Ensure the fit is snug but not too tight to avoid damaging the film or camera.
• This model has been tested for watertightness and dimensional accuracy, ensuring reliable performance in real-world use.
