Peloton Bike+ Tray

Update: I've added a new alternate tray. The alternate tray has a solid bottom, sports the Peloton logo in the center, and features ribs on the inside. These ribs allow a phone to be leaned against the Bike+ screen. This is useful when watching a video, working out with a friend over a video call, or monitoring your phone for an important message.

This small tray/shelf is mounted to a Peloton Bike+ and allows for easy storage of phones, headphones, remotes, etc. After using the original model I wanted to make a few improvements based on how I used it. 

This version:

• Features a totally redesigned mounting clip that actually fits the teardrop shape of the Bike+ screen bar. This clip can be used with the original author's tray if desired.
• Features a redesigned tray with two clip mounts and smaller hexagons for the base. Using two clips allows the tray to be mounted further forward and the smaller hexagons prevents items like headphones from dropping through the base to the ground.
• Adds an option to tighten the mounting clip with an M4 bolt & nut for improved grip on the bar.
• Eliminates the horizontal mounting option.
• Added an alternate tray with ribs inside for easy phone use.

I suggest printing the parts in PETG and using 4+ walls/perimeters for additional strength.  Use 4x M3 heat set inserts with 4x M3 button head bolts to secure the two clips to the base. Optionally use 2x M4 20mm bolts with washers and nuts to tighten the grip of the clip to the screen bar as pictured. 

Note: Please print 2 of the clips if mounting to the screen bar as pictured.
