SONOS Era 300 Mount heavily inspired by https://www.printables.com/model/824373-sonos-era-300-rotating-wall-bracket but remodeled both parts from scratch. I simplified all mounting hardware to only use a single type of fastener.
Important README
Wall mounting to a back wall requires the longer wall mount bracket because of the Era 300's asymmetrical design.
The short bracket is designed to have the speaker face the same direction as its mounting surface.
Hardware Required
- 3x M5x20 flathead machine screws:
- One screw for the center pivot.
- Two screws for the Era 300 speakers (note: these do not come with mounting hardware).
- 1x M5 nut/locknut:
- Used for the center pivot.
- Up to 8x M3 (wood) screws:
- Minimum length: 12mm with a countersunk head or approximately 15mm with a flathead.
- The number of screws needed depends on the material you're mounting to; using all eight is optional.
- Optional Washer:
- A washer can be used for added stability, though it's typically unnecessary once the speakers are positioned and optimized.
Print Settings
- Use at least two wall perimeters for structural integrity.
- Infill: Around 20% is sufficient.
- Orientation: Print the bracket with the round face positioned on the build plate for optimal strength and stability.
